Return Policy

This is only for the orders placed at For all the orders from other marketplaces, such as Grailed, Poshmark and Reversible and so on, the policy is not applicable.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 nature days of receiving the product to request a return. All the products in clearance section are final sales. We cannot accept returns of clearance products.

Please contact us via email at to request a return, and describe the problem in detail, including the reason for the return and your order number. For items that are defective, incorrect, or not as described, please send us clear pictures or videos of the problem.

Our solutions.

1.Luosophy's responsibility.

  • Wrong product (e.g. luosophy shipped you the wrong product, wrong color, size)
  • Defective/damaged products (e.g. scratches on the surface of the product)
  • Package lost

In this case, we will allow the return to our warehouse for a refund or exchange, and we will be responsible for the return shipping fees and replacement fees. Once we receive the item, we will refund the original product price and its shipping costs in full or resend the replacement within 1-2 business days.

2.Customer's responsibility.

  • Items that are not liked
  • Incorrect order (eg. the customer orders wrong item size, color)

We can also allow returns if the customer has ordered an incorrect product size or color, or does not like the item. In this case, the customer needs to report to us within 14 days of receipt of the product. And the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to and from (to and from our warehouse) the exchange. If the customer chooses to return the product for a refund, we will refund the original price of the product. Each item is subject to a flat fee of $35. The shipping costs paid will not be refunded. 

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Damage products caused by improper use by customers
  • Products that have been worn and used by costumers

Additional notes on warranty

  1. All returned items must be in new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and their original packaging.
  2. Please do not send the package back to the sender's address.If your return request is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send the package via email:

Refund Policy

Refund TimeÔľöFor returned items or exchanges, we will inspect your returned items and email you a refund within 7 business days of receiving your package.

Your refund will be returned to your original payment account within 14 business days from the date you receive the email

  • Paypal account refunds: up to 48 hours

For some debit and credit cards, refunds cannot be made to the original payment account. In such cases, we will ask the customer to provide us with a PayPal account in their name in order to complete the refund. Thank you for your understanding!
