How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information. If you don’t receive this email containing your tracking information, you can always check your order status online, enter your order number and email address and you will receive an email with your order status. If you don’t remember your order number, please contact customer service and we'll be able to help sort if out.

What are your shipping rates/options?

Luosophy offers a variety of shipping options to ensure that your order arrives when you need it. All shipping and handling information can be accessed by clicking here.

Please refer to the correct location tab to determine your shipping cost. Posted delivery times provided during check-out are estimates. They are posted to help you identify the shipping option that is right for you.

Also, please note that we process orders quickly. Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify your shipping method. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that our faster order processing times work to your advantage.

RETURNS

What is Luosophy’s return policy?

luosophy.com orders may be returned within 14 days of the original date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition with all of the tags attached. We are currently unable to complete exchanges. All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Original shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable.

How long do I have to return my purchase?

When will I get my refund?

Once your returned order is received by our distribution center, your refund will be processed within 10 business day. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

Can I exchange my purchase?

Sorry, we’re currently unable to complete exchanges.

ORDERS

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

We process our orders very quickly to get your product to you as soon as possible. While we cannot make any changes to an order after it has been placed, we may be able to cancel an order within 1-2 hours of it being placed. If you need to cancel your order, Please contact Customer Service on the website.

Why was my order cancelled? When will it be refunded?

Orders are generally cancelled due to payment failure or stock availability. In either case, your card is only charged once an order has shipped. If your order was cancelled, you may still see the original payment authorization. The payment authorization will be reversed within a few hours.

How do I check on my order status?

You can check your order status online. To receive an email with your order status, enter your order number and email address online.

Can I stack multiple codes on one order?

No, only one promo code can be processed with each order.
